We do not offer refunds for any orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Please note:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be given for sizing issues, change of mind, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging for any return or exchange to be considered (in the case of damage).
